Rooftop on Central is looking for a reliable and hardworking Casual Kitchen Hand to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who can keep up in a busy kitchen, works well within a team and isn’t afraid to get stuck in when things get busy.

The Role

• Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment

• Keeping the kitchen and preparation areas clean and organised

• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required

• Helping with stock and deliveries

• General cleaning throughout and at the end of service

• Following food safety and hygiene procedures

• Supporting the kitchen team during busy services

What We’re Looking For

• Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience preferred

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Good attitude and strong work ethic

• Able to take direction and work well within a team

• Weekend and evening availability is essential

• Must be available for most Friday and Saturday shifts
